Figma Web Designer (Remote, Full-Time or Part-Time)

We’re looking for a creative and fast Figma Web Designer to join our growing web team. You’ll be responsible for designing clean, modern websites for a variety of clients — primarily in outdoor, construction, or service industries. We move fast, and we need someone who can keep up.

You don’t need to know code, but you do need a strong eye for layout, UX, and responsive design. We’ll provide creative direction and client details — you turn it into a beautiful homepage and 1–2 inner pages per project.

Responsibilities:

Design website layouts in Figma (mostly desktop & mobile)

Follow brand guidelines, client notes, and creative briefs

Turn creative direction into high-converting, scroll-friendly websites

Work closely with builders and implementers to ensure smooth handoff

Iterate quickly based on feedback

Requirements:

Proven Figma experience (portfolio required)

Great taste and strong understanding of web design trends

Can follow a creative brief and brand kit

Familiarity with Elementor or WordPress is a bonus

Strong communication and reliability — no ghosting

Ability to turn around designs quickly (1–2 days per project)

Bonus Points:

Experience designing for blue-collar or outdoor brands

Comfortable designing multiple sites per week

Knows how to balance visual design with business goals (e.g. CTAs, trust signals)
