Now, we’re growing fast and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-obsessed Virtual Assistant to help streamline our backend operations, improve efficiency, and support key growth areas across customer service, data advertising management, and team coordination.

Type: Remote, Part-Time (20-30 hrs/week)
Growth Opportunity: Potential to convert to full-time based on performance
Salary: $560-840/month | $7/hour USD
Work hours: 4-6 hours a day, 5 days a week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Pacific Standard Time | U.S. Business Hours

???? What You’ll Do (We Will Train You)



Complete SOPs and submit direct reports to the manager (including Amazon Ads data entry and campaign tracking)
Track key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, reviews, sales velocity)
Maintain operational SOPs and keep Google Sheets clean and well-organized
Stay disciplined in meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Handle customer service and customer experience inquiries
Work closely with our freight forwarder to track shipments, confirm delivery timelines, and update delivery windows in Amazon Seller Central and Monday.com
Coordinate with manufacturers, freelancers, vendors, and team members across time zones
Handle light research, inbox cleanup, and digital organization
Support product launches and marketing campaigns

Experience with tools like Google Sheets, Monday.com, Shopify (or a fast learner)
Strong data analysis skills

Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or DTC e-commerce
Interest in the cycling industry or outdoor gear
Solid math/data fluency and Excel/Google Sheets expertise
Background in digital customer support or admin operations
Customer support or VA experience

Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree (required)
You must be experienced with Excel and Google Sheets
You must have a stable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps) and minimal to no power interruptions
You must be available during U.S. business hours Pacific Standard Time (graveyard shift)
You must be online 100% of the time during work hours, ready for any spontaneous meetings or response to questions from the team
