Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team and grow our following.

This role involves curating and repurposing proven viral content to enhance engagement and growth on our marine theme-based social media pages.

If you have a knack for identifying trends and transforming content to resonate with our audiences, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

Follow our training to identify viral content across platforms that align with our marine-themed page’s focus and audience
Repurpose content using one of our Canva templates and optimize content for Instagram, Facebook and ---------- , ensuring it adheres to our brand guidelines and voice
Schedule and manage posts natively on platform to maintain an active and engaging online presence
Analyze performance metrics to gauge content effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly
Engage with our community by responding creatively to comments and fostering a positive interaction environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management, particularly in content curation and repurposing.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram & FB) and their analytics tools.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to produce captivating copy for the social posts.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
Creative mindset with a strong sense of trends and audience preferences.
VPN to log into accounts from a USA based IP address
