Outreach Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation for Content Agency

We are a brand-new content repurposing and video editing agency looking for a smart, reliable, and experienced Virtual Assistant to help us book 2 clients per week through cold outreach and lead generation.

This is a long-term, full-time role with room for growth and bonuses if you consistently hit your numbers.
You will be given a script for outreaching for different sites like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Email.

Responsibilities:
Research and qualify potential leads (coaches, content creators, podcasters, agency owners, business owners, etc.)

Send cold DMs and emails using pre-written scripts

Engage leads, follow up, and drive them to book calls

Update our lead tracker daily with outreach stats and replies using google sheets

Work closely with our sales closer to hand off warm leads

Provide daily outreach summaries and KPIs

Requirements:
Excellent written English (must be fluent and confident)

Experience with cold outreach / lead generation (required)

Familiar with tools like Notion, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, IG, and CRM platforms

Committed to full-time work (40 hours/week)

Ability to consistently book 2+ clients per week

Independent, self-managed, reliable, and focused on results

Working Hours:
Flexible, as long as targets are hit and updates are sent daily

Preferred availability during US hours for communication
