We’re now hiring a Tech Virtual Assistant—someone who lives and breathes automation, loves untangling messy backends, and thrives in an environment where no two days look the same. This is not a general admin role. You’ll be the go-to for tech implementation, automation buildouts, digital product delivery, and systems support.

What We’re Looking For:
-Tech-first, systems-savvy mindset
You troubleshoot confidently, build solutions proactively, and make the backend hum.
-Automation experience
You’ve worked with tools like Zapier, ---------- , and others to build smart workflows, integrations, and time-saving systems.
-Confident with digital tools
You know your way around Podia (or similar), can build landing pages and checkout flows, and can set up digital product delivery end-to-end.
-Design & documentation skills
You’re handy with Canva (creating professional, polished assets), and know how to map out SOPs or visual workflows using L ---------- , Whimsical, or similar.
-Highly organized generalist
- You bring structure to chaos. You can bounce between admin, tech, recruitment, and design tasks without losing focus or ---------- ntum.

You’ll Work On:
-Building & troubleshooting automations (Zapier, ---------- , etc.)
-Setting up landing pages and workflows in Podia
-Designing Canva graphics and resource templates
-Documenting systems (SOPs, checklists, flowcharts)
-Providing ops support (inbox cleanup, tool audits, meeting prep)
-Supporting recruitment tasks (posting ads, organizing applicants)


The Details:
Hours: Part Time, Monday to THURSDAY (8am–1pm PHST)
Pay: Paid via Wise (you must have an active account)
Location: 100% remote
Reports to: Founder
