JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a DRIP Email Campaign Expert to build and manage email automation flows that drive listener engagement, promote new episodes, and grow our subscriber base. You’ll create smart, timely, and conversational email content that aligns with the brand voice of “AI with Bry.” This role requires a mix of marketing strategy, automation tools knowledge, and copywriting skill.
Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage DRIP (automated) email campaigns for podcast promotions, episode announcements, and listener engagement.


Develop segmented email sequences for different audience types (new subscribers, repeat listeners, inactive users, etc.)


Collaborate with Bry to align email content with podcast themes and brand voice.


A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and content to improve open and conversion rates.


Integrate and manage campaigns through email platforms (e.g., ConvertKit, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar).


Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and iterate accordingly.


Stay current with email marketing trends, especially in podcasting and tech media.

Ability to work ET time zone and attend weekly meetings.



Qualifications:
Proven experience planning and executing DRIP or automated email campaigns.


Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel).


Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a tone that’s human, curious, and professional.


Experience with audience segmentation, lead nurturing, and analytics.


Bonus: Experience marketing podcasts or working in the AI/tech industry.


Bonus: Familiarity with podcast distribution platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.).
