VA Real Estate Data & Pricing Specialist – U.S. Land Investing (Growth Opportunity)

About Us:

Brownstone Land LLC is a U.S.-based land investment company specializing in acquiring, pricing, and selling rural and recreational land. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for growth, where you will gradually take full ownership of our direct mail marketing process.

Job Responsibilities:

Execute data research based on weekly market selections provided by the owner.

Pull property data from Land Insights, ensuring accurate and complete data sets.

Scrub and clean data (remove duplicates, filter for target property types).

Conduct market research to price data accurately using established guidelines.

Prepare, format, and export mailing lists for direct mail campaigns.

Track campaign results and report performance metrics.

Maintain clear, organized records of market analysis, pricing, and data management.

Progressively take full responsibility for managing the direct mail process.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail with excellent data management skills.

Proficiency with Land Insights (preferred) or willingness to learn quickly.

Experience with real estate data processing, pricing analysis, or land investing (preferred).

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Reliable internet connection and availability during U.S. business hours (EST).

Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to long-term work.

Technical Skills:

Prior experience with real estate or land pricing and data management.

Familiarity with Google Sheets and data scrubbing techniques.

Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.

Previous experience with direct mail campaigns is a plus.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (EST business hours), with some flexibility.

Part-time to full-time 20hrs at first, then 40hrs quickly.

Compensation:

$4.50 USD per hour, with growth potential based on performance.
