Position: Growth & Operations Strategist (Part-Time)
Hours: 20 hours per week (with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and business growth)
Location: Remote
Compensation: Negotiable, with performance-based incentives for client acquisition
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Growth & Operations Strategist to join The Anyumba Group (TAG), a growing business focused on supporting high-performing individuals and organizations. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility, growth opportunities, and the potential for increased responsibility as the business scales.
As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in driving growth and client acquisition. You will work directly with the founder, Osaru Anyumba, to implement key strategic tasks, conduct research, and contribute to the overall success of the business.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with solopreneurs, understand the needs of high-performing clients, and be invested in helping our business grow. You will play an essential role in executing key aspects of the business while being fully aligned with our vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Sales Support: Assist with generating leads and driving sales through Google Ads, researching potential events, and reaching out to clients directly.
Vendor & Research Management: Research and identify key vendors or service providers as needed for the business.
Appointments & Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination for meetings.
Administrative & Operational Support: Manage day-to-day operations, track performance, and handle administrative tasks to support business growth.
Content Support: Help develop content for landing pages, ad copy, and other marketing materials to support business growth.
Client Onboarding Support: Help streamline client onboarding and client relations processes to ensure a smooth experience.
Key Qualities & Requirements:
Experience with Solopreneurs/Small Businesses: Strong understanding of working in dynamic, growing businesses and with high-performing entrepreneurs.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to take ideas and execute them effectively, especially with high-level clients.
Self-Starter & Proactive: Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while also offering strategic input and suggestions.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle a flexible workload, and keep track of various projects.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with clients and partners.
Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, and CRM tools (preferred but not required).
Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to think on their feet and suggest solutions to challenges.
High Level of Integrity: Ability to work with confidential information and keep sensitive data secure.
