Remote Sales Closer – Commission-Based + Paid Trial



Job Description:

We’re a Canada-based company looking for high-performing, reliable, and hungry sales closers to help us expand our virtual assistant service.

You’ll be responsible for following up with leads generated via email and outreach, calling them, and booking them into demo calls. No hard closing — just qualify, connect, and get them excited enough to show up.



What You’ll Be Doing:
• Call warm leads (from email responses and cold campaigns)
• Follow a proven script to qualify and book demo calls
• Update basic CRM notes (we use JustCall + Pipedrive)
• Report on daily progress and hit outreach targets


Requirements:
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Clear phone presence and confidence in voice
• Ability to work Canada/US time zone hours (EST/PST overlap)
• Quiet environment and stable internet (min 10Mbps)
• Previous outbound sales experience preferred but not required



Compensation Structure:

Trial Week:
• 20 hours total (flexible over 5–7 days)
• Paid at $2/hour
• You’ll be evaluated based on responsiveness, professionalism, and ability to generate real demo bookings

Phase 2 (Post-trial):
• Fixed base pay of **$2/hour** for up to **20 hours per week**
• $5 USD per booked demo that shows up
• $25–50 USD bonus** per closed deal
• Top performers can earn **$300–500/month** working part-time


???? Core Team Promotion (After Phase 2):

Top-performing agents will be promoted to our Core Sales Team, with increased pay and full-time potential:
• $3.75/hour base pay × 120 hours/month = $450/month
• $5 USD bonus per booked demo
• $50 USD bonus per closed deal
• Monthly earnings:
?• Average performers: $675–750/month
?• High performers: $800–950+/month

???? Residual Commission Program:

We reward long-term impact — not just one-time deals.

Sales reps who maintain strong performance will earn a 2% monthly residual commission on each client they close, for up to 6 months per client.

To be eligible for residuals in a given month, you must:
1. Maintain at least 6 active residual clients, and
2. Reach your monthly sales quota (minimum 6 new clients)

If either condition is not met, residual commissions pause for that month.
Clients who pass their 6th month will no longer generate residual payouts.

With 10 clients, that becomes $75/month.
With 15 clients, it’s $112.50/month.
At 20 active clients, you’d earn $150/month in residual commissions — all on top of your base salary and bonuses.
