Social Media Manager (FB) & General VA

This is a great opportunity to work one-on-one with a business owner to learn various systems and help contribute to the growth and success of an Internet based business. I run several private Facebook groups, with thousands of members in each, and recently opened a new office. I provide motivation, special vendor offers, and wholesale products to a growing industry in the Custom Apparel and Dye Sublimation community. I am looking for a qualified Virtual Assistance to help take the business to the next level.

This is an offer for a full time position. Pay will be commensurate with skill level and contribution towards supporting the business, starting at $300 per month with a raise following an initial 90 day trial period.

Hours: Work hours are flexible, but must include a minimum of 8 hours per day Monday through Friday with a minimum of 50% of time between 8am and 5pm in the EST Timezone.

Job Responsibilities:
Helping to manage, and approve new member requests, and post supportive messages on private Facebook groups
Invoicing customers for products purchased via our Facebook group
At some point, reconciling of Quickbooks (per Instructions provided)
Posting new products to our website (being developed) or other sales channels
Helping to test and debug the new website
Requirements:
This is a full-time job offer and you must be fully dedicated and available for this job only.
Fluent in reading and writing English.
Positive and supportive.
Able to ask questions and know when you need help
Ability to learn new tasks quickly
Desired Skills:
Past experience managing social media communities
Prior knowledge with invoicing or billing customers, possibly from Quickbooks
Basic Quickbooks or financial reconciliation knowledge is a plus
Basic to Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Corel Draw, or Illustrator
