Researcher for small businesses to buy/invest

GOAL: employee will research local businesses in the US in the manufacturing, distribution or services industries and populate an Excel table with information. Employer will use this information to contact businesses who are looking for a buyer or potential investor

Responsibilities include:
-Research small businesses in several geographic areas
-Only manufacturing, distribution or services businesses
-Identify business name, business physical address, owner name, legal entity name, revenue (if available), industry, owner email, owner phone number, owner age (if available)
-Use tools including Google Maps, state government websites, google search, chat GPT, facebook, Instagram, white pages to source information
-If any paid subscriptions would be helpful in sourcing this information, employer is willing to pay for those for employee to use
-Populate a pre-design excel template with this information

Phases of Work
-Phase 1: Identify about 25 businesses to start, to make sure that this workflow is correct and productive, before we research a bigger list (estimated 2-3 hours)
-Phase 2: Identify about ~225 businesses for a total of 250 (estimated 15-20 hours)
-Phase 3: Identify about 20-30 businesses per week on a recurring basis for 4-6 weeks (estimated 2-3 hours per week)
