Cold Outreach VA – Prospecting & List Building (Apollo, Crunchbase, Instantly)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cold Outreach VA to support our lead generation efforts. This role involves building targeted prospect lists, researching B2B leads, and ensuring outreach data is clean, relevant, and aligned with our ideal customer profile. Proficiency with Apollo, Crunchbase, and Instantly is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and build qualified B2B lead lists based on set criteria
- Use Apollo and Crunchbase to identify company and contact details
- Organize and enrich contact data in spreadsheets or CRM
- Maintain lead data accuracy and eliminate duplicates
- Upload and segment leads in Instantly for cold email outreach
- Follow naming conventions and tagging protocols for tracking


Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience in lead generation, list building, or sales research, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong proficiency in ---------- , Crunchbase, and Instantly
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
