JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing property management company based in Ontario, CA, seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong problem-solving skills and proven experience coordinating property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to maintenance-related inquiries via phone, email, and messages from both tenants and property owners
- Triage maintenance issues and determine appropriate level of urgency
- Schedule and dispatch in-house maintenance staff
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors as needed
- Follow up to ensure timely completion and quality of work
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance requests, updates, and resolutions

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance coordination role within a Property Management company
- Experience must be within North America, preferably Canada
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Proficiency with office software (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Experience with Buildium is a strong asset
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
