**Are You the E-commerce Specialist We’re Looking For?**
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field
- Proficiency in managing marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart
- Familiarity with web development platforms like WordPress and Shopify
- Knowledge of web design principles, HTML/CSS, and SEO
- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
**What Are Your Responsibilities?**
As our remote E-commerce Specialist, your main responsibility will be managing our online marketplaces and developing business strategies to increase sales revenue and attract more customers. You will analyze key metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement new business plans to enhance the performance of our online stores. Your objectives will include increasing conversion rates, supporting customer satisfaction, and meeting online revenue targets.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies across multiple platforms (Company website, Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces)
- Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and digital merchandising to drive sales and profitability
- Coordinate with management to implement e-commerce enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and integrate new tools
- Collaborate with management on product launches, promotions, and inventory management
- Analyze e-commerce KPIs, sales data, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare marketing reports with actionable insights and recommendations for management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing campaign data
- Implement best practices in SEO, SEM, UX, and CRO to improve site traffic and conversion rates
- Stay informed about e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge
- Complete other tasks as assigned
This position requires a data-driven marketer with a strong grasp of e-commerce trends, effective paid media strategies, and a proven history of achieving results.
