We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and relentless Creatives Researcher who also brings content strategy expertise. If you're skilled at spotting winning products and know how to position them through compelling angles and strategic content, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
-Research winning products using Meta Ads Library, competitor sites, and relevant tools
-Analyze ad spend, impressions, and performance to identify profitable opportunities
-Submit 30 high-potential product leads per week with detailed documentation
-Track, organize, and maintain product data in Google Sheets
-Help optimize product listings, creative hooks, and content angles alongside marketing
-Monitor competitor ad profiles daily and share valuable content insights
-Strategize content directions and ad angles based on market trends and buyer psychology
-Support product launches through data-driven research and positioning ideas
-Use ClickUp or similar tools to manage tasks and contribute to team deliverables
-Meet KPIs consistently and contribute to our overall business growth

Compensation
-Salary: $1000 month
-Bonus: $150 for every product that becomes profitable
-Potential Monthly Earnings: Up to ?100,000 with high-performing submissions (20%+ win rate)

Qualifications
-Prior experience in product research within e-commerce or dropshipping
-Background in content strategy, ad messaging, or creative direction
-Familiarity with Meta Ads Library and Google Sheets
-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
-Deep understanding of what makes products go viral or scale profitably
-Tech-savvy and organized with solid documentation habits
-Self-starter who meets deadlines without micromanagement
-Able to adapt quickly and juggle multiple research tasks
-Bonus: Experience using ClickUp, CRM tools, or ad spy platforms

Working Hours
Full-time | 3:00PM – 11:00PM Philippine Time (Monday to Friday)
