JOB OVERVIEW

This is a hybrid technical + creative VA role for someone who can manage a UK-based digital storefront end-to-end. One person. No drama. No outsourcing.

You’ll be setting up and managing the Payhip store, building out automated email flows, uploading and formatting online courses, and designing in Canva using provided brand templates and content.
You must be comfortable managing tasks across multiple platforms, and taking ownership of getting the job done—without waiting for step-by-step instructions.

????? What You’ll Be Doing:

???? Payhip Setup & Store Management

Customise the Payhip storefront (homepage, landing pages, bundles, product listings)

Upload digital products and resources for instant delivery

Build lead magnet opt-in pages and tripwire offers

Ensure all settings are correct (tax, GDPR, domain, branding)

???? Canva Course & Product Design

Use Canva to design and format workbooks, mini-courses, templates and slides

Apply existing branding (colours, logos, tone of voice)

Turn written content into beautiful, user-friendly digital resources

Export and prep files for upload and course delivery

???? CRM & Email Automations

Set up and manage a CRM like Mailerlite or Flodesk

Build automated email sequences for lead magnets, course delivery, upsells, and abandoned checkouts

Schedule broadcast emails using pre-written copy

Tag and segment users based on product behaviour (downloads, purchases etc.)

???? Social Media Scheduling

Upload and schedule provided text graphics + captions to Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn

Align social posts with email campaigns and product launches

Keep a shared content calendar up to date

???? What You WON’T Do:

You will NOT have access to Stripe, PayPal or any financial systems

You will NOT create new content – all copy is provided

You will NOT outsource work – this is a one-person role

???? Retainer Setup:

Monthly retainer based on ~10 hours/week to start

Paid in GBP

Weekly update required (progress + time used)

Additional hours billed separately with prior approval

Must respond to tasks within 24 working hours (Mon–Fri)

?? You MUST Have:

Proven experience with Payhip, Canva, and Mailerlite/Flodesk

A solid understanding of GDPR and UK-based systems

Excellent design eye – clean, professional, on-brand delivery

Strong written English and attention to detail

AP Score: 10 or higher
