Are you organized, detail-driven, and motivated to help turn leads into paying customers—even if you're not on the front lines of sales?
Palmer Construction is looking for a Remote Sales Support & Lead Coordinator to be the engine behind our sales team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every lead is followed up with, every inspection gets scheduled, and every sales rep has the support they need to close deals.
What You’ll Do
- Act quickly on new leads—call, qualify, and schedule inspections for our sales team
- Make follow-up calls to leads that are still d
- Track open tasks and job statuses, ensuring estimates, audits, and meetings stay on schedule
- Keep sales reps’ calendars organized, ensuring all appointments are properly scheduled and followed through
- Create weekly sales meeting slides and track action items
- Make welcome calls to new customers, providing a warm and professional first touch
- Redirect occasional phone calls or questions to the appropriate team when needed

- Strong communicator—comfortable on the phone and confident when checking in with others
- Tech-savvy—able to work across CRM tools, calendars, and spreadsheets
- Self-motivated—you take ownership and pride in getting things done
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in sales coordination, appointment setting, admin support, or customer follow-up
- Familiarity with CRM systems and remote collaboration tools
- Experience in roofing, construction, or home services is a plus—but not required
