Residential Guru is seeking a highly skilled, creative, and efficient Website Designer to bring our brand to life online. This is an opportunity to work with a fast-growing general contracting and property management company that specializes in real estate preparation, renovations, and design.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong design aesthetic, excellent content creation skills, and a proven portfolio of well-executed websites. You should be capable of independently designing and writing compelling, accurate content that conveys our unique story and services with clarity and impact.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design and develop a professional, visually engaging, and user-friendly website.
* Create content that accurately and succinctly communicates our message, services, and value proposition.
* Translate our brand identity and mission into a cohesive digital experience.
* Collaborate with company leadership to understand project goals—but operate independently without heavy direction.
* Optimize for SEO, mobile responsiveness, and fast performance.
* Maintain accuracy and consistency across the site.

**What We’re Looking For:**

* Proven experience designing and launching websites (portfolio required).
* Strong writing and content development skills.
* Ability to understand and articulate a brand’s voice and message.
* Creative thinker with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
* Familiarity with UX/UI best practices, SEO, and performance optimization.
* Experience with web platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, or custom-coded solutions.
* Bonus if you have experience in real estate, contracting, or interior design industries.
