We are a UK-based Ecommerce brand selling in the Baby, Pet, and Home & Kitchen categories, with the majority of our sales made through Amazon. We’re growing quickly and looking for a full-time virtual assistant to join our team and support our Amazon operations.

? Role Summary:
We are looking for a full-time Amazon VA with proven experience to manage key day-to-day tasks, including product research, listing optimization, keyword tracking, and competitor analysis.
You must be highly detail-oriented, comfortable with analytics, and experienced in using Amazon seller tools like Helium 10, Keepa, and Sellerboard.

????? Responsibilities:
Track and report Amazon sales analytics and KPIs

Conduct listing audits and updates (title, bullets, images, A+ content)

Perform keyword research and backend optimization

Research new product ideas and market trends

Analyze competitors (pricing, reviews, market share)

Monitor performance using Helium 10, Sellerboard, Keepa, and Google Sheets

Support with additional tasks as needed


???? Requirements:
Minimum 2 years Amazon FBA experience (brand or agency side)

Proficiency in Helium 10, Keepa, Sellerboard, and Google Sheets

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong attention to detail and consistency

Highly organized and self-motivated

Comfortable working during UK hours (GMT)



???? Nice to Have (but not strict requirements):
Experience in Baby, Pet, or Home & Kitchen categories

Experience of other areas of e-commerce (Shopify, Walmart, TikTokShop etc)

Familiarity with Amazon PPC and inventory planning
