? Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Good English communication skills.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React Native building mobile apps for both Android and iOS.
• Strong TypeScript proficiency (both frontend and backend).
• Experience with NestJS or similar Node.js frameworks (e.g., Express + modular architecture).
• Solid understanding of SQL databases, including migrations and schema design (via Prisma or equivalent).
• Proven experience integrating with REST APIs — both consuming and building them.
• Ability to manage authentication flows, including OTP, session handling, and user onboarding.
• Comfortable working with Docker for local development and deployments.
• Experience building offline-first or resilient mobile apps with background syncing, conflict resolution, and local database management.
• Web deployment experience.
• Strong debugging skills and ability to work across both frontend and backend to resolve issues.

• Experience working with Expo's bare workflow and releasing apps to App Store and Google Play.
• Experience with AssemblyAI or similar transcription/audio services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD for mobile (e.g., EAS, Fastlane).
• Ability to write e2e tests using Jest or other test frameworks.

???? What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain core features across the mobile app and backend services.
• Integrate and consume backend APIs, including LLM-powered APIs developed in-house..
• Ensure the app runs smoothly across both Android and iOS platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-typed code.
• Work directly with the lead AI/ML engineer to coordinate feature builds.
• Occasionally update or troubleshoot database schemas via Prisma.
• Help prepare the app for public launch — performance tuning, device testing, release process.
