JOB OVERVIEW

The Data Entry Forum Specialist plays a crucial role in building our brand's digital presence through active participation, engagement, and monitoring of Reddit communities and forums. This role involves researching topics, providing valuable insights and answers, creating meaningful conversations, and maintaining positive community relationships to foster growth and visibility.

Responsibilities:
Research and Monitoring:
o Regularly research and identify relevant Reddit threads and forums related to our industry.
o Monitor discussions and trends to proactively identify opportunities for engagement.

Engagement and Communication:
o Actively participate in relevant Reddit discussions by providing valuable insights, answering questions, and fostering meaningful interactions.
o Respond to posts and comments promptly, accurately, and in line with the brand’s voice.

Community Building:
o Develop strategies to build relationships and credibility within various online communities.
o Increase brand awareness and visibility by contributing thoughtfully to discussions and creating engaging posts.

Data Entry and Tracking:
o Document interactions, track engagements, and update relevant databases or tracking sheets.
o Analyze engagement metrics and provide reports to optimize strategies and demonstrate growth.

Collaboration:
o Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align forum engagement with broader company goals.
o Suggest content ideas based on community feedback and trending topics.

Brand Advocacy:
o Consistently represent the brand in a positive, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
o Handle community feedback diplomatically and escalate issues as necessary.

Job Requirements:
• Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Reddit, forums, and digital community platforms.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and quickly synthesize information.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort engaging with diverse online communities.
• Basic proficiency with data entry tools and spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in digital marketing, social media engagement, or community management is a plus.
