We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor/Loan Partner for our amazing lending team who has EXCELLENT ENGLISH SKILLS.The ideal candidate will have 2 years of mortgage processing experience, a can-do attitude, and a proven track record of providing solutions. Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison between borrowers, loan officers, real estate agents, and mortgage lending underwriters to support loan approval. EXCELLENT ENGLISH IS A MUST.
Maintain detailed documentation of the process in our system - from origination to close
Adhere to all lending and regulatory guidelines and policies while preparing the loan file
Assemble and submit loan packages to the lender underwriters for approval or denial
Work with the borrower to gather financial information such as credit reports, verify the accuracy to determine creditworthiness, and complete the mortgage loan application.
Must be willing to work 8-4, or 9-5 PST (Los Angeles Time) in our Zoom room with camera on as we work in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of loan processing experience required
FHA, FHLB, FNMA, or VA loan product knowledge and mortgage lending experience required
Superb analytical skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
We prefer a degree in accounting, finance, or business -
