Your Day-to-Day:
Assist customers via calls, chats, and emails – guiding them through travel options, bookings, and changes.
Promote cruise packages, upgrades, insurance, excursions, and more – tailored to client needs.
Handle modifications, cancellations, and payments with efficiency and professionalism.
Use CRM tools to maintain records, document interactions, and manage your sales pipeline.
Stay up to date with travel trends, special offers, and system updates.
Collaborate with clients to design dream vacations and solve issues quickly and effectively.
Follow proven scripts and guidelines that support success — while keeping your own personal touch.
Achieve sales and service targets by fostering trust and building strong customer relationships through interactive communication.
Collaborate with clients to create tailored travel plans, ensuring seamless journeys and prompt resolution of issues.
Maintain and update customer profiles in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Go above and beyond to address customer needs, delivering exceptional service at every interaction.
Efficiently document call logs, sales records, and other essential data using CRM systems and other tools.
Promptly report system issues to supervisors or managers to maintain operational efficiency.
Adhere to company policies, including error reporting, accurate processing of cancellations, changes, and payments.
Foster lasting relationships through open, interactive communication and exceptional service.
Deliver accurate and comprehensive information using appropriate tools and resources.
Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining a high standard of service.

What You Bring:
1+ year VERIFIABLE Sales experience, preferably in a call center setting.
1+ year of customer support expertise, customer service, telesales or client service role
A track record of exceeding sales goals over the phone.
Experience in the cruise or travel industry (either onboard or in online support) is a major advantage.
Strong English communication skills, with minimal accent and professional phone presence. Excellent phone handling, active listening, and adaptability to diverse customer personalities.
Sales Mindset: Strong negotiation skills, goal-oriented, with the ability to convert challenges into sales opportunities.
Confident in handling CRMs and Tech-Savvy: (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk) and live support platforms (e.g., LiveChat, Intercom).
A mindset focused on solutions, upselling, and customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn, articulate, and effectively promote products and services.
Problem Solving: Resilient under pressure, skilled in de-escalating and resolving customer concerns.
Travel Industry Experience: Previous experience in the travel industry or familiarity with Odysseus software is a bonus.

Technical Requirements:
A quiet, dedicated home office setup (away from domestic and street noise).

A quality virus and spyware protection and activated firewall
Professional headset for the highest quality calls (e.g., Jabra Evolve 40 Stereo – Bluetooth / Earphones are not allowed). NOISE Cancelling.
Stable wired broadband (no satellite or wireless). Broadband internet connection (DSL or cable) Note: Satellite, Dial-Up or wireless is not allowed. You will be required to test the connection
Chrome browser, sound card, speakers, 15" monitor (2 preferred).
Backup power solution (generator or equivalent) in case of outages.
