Job Title: Legal Consultant – Contracts & International Distribution

About the Role:
Food Wonders is hiring a Legal Consultant (Freelance) to support our legal needs as we scale. You'll draft an NDA for our Virtual Assistants and advise on working with international distributors in Australia, New Zealand, and the USA.

Key Responsibilities:
-Draft a clear, enforceable Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for Virtual Assistants.
-Advise on legal considerations for working with overseas distributors.
-Recommend the best legal frameworks (e.g., distribution or licensing agreements, exclusivity terms).
-Help ensure FW’s rights, IP, and interests are protected across regions.

What We’re Looking For:
-Legal background in contract and/or international commercial law.
-Experience with NDAs and distributor agreements.
-Familiarity with legal systems in Australia, NZ, or the USA.
-Clear communicator who can simplify legal matters.
