WordPress Developer Needed for Roofing Company Website (Custom Theme, Editable via WP Admin)

I’m looking for an experienced WordPress developer to convert a fully-designed website (currently hosted as a static site here) into a dynamic, editable WordPress website.

The design and content structure are complete ( ---------- ). Your job is to implement the site as a custom WordPress theme, ensuring that all key sections and pages are editable from the admin panel using ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) or similar tools.

The final site should be pixel-perfect to the provided design, fully responsive, lightweight, and built with best practices in mind.

There will likely be minor visual and animation-related adjustments during the development, so I need someone open to collaboration and quick iterations.
