This role goes beyond managing tasks and timelines—you’ll help shape client experiences, guide design processes, and ensure smooth communication from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering an exceptional experience
• Review and provide clear, actionable feedback on design submissions
• Collaborate with designers to ensure timely, high-quality project outcomes
• Maintain consistent communication with clients through regular updates
• Anticipate and resolve issues to keep projects on track
• Support the management of complex design projects with professionalism and clarity

What You’ll Be Working On:
You’ll manage a wide range of design projects, including:
• Branding & Identity – Logos, brand guides, icon sets
• Marketing Materials – Flyers, brochures, slide decks, advertisements
• UI/UX Design – Websites, mobile apps, dashboards
• Publications – Newsletters, magazines, catalogs
• Packaging – Product labels, boxes, and containers
• Illustration & Art – T-shirt graphics, mascots, comic-style art

Design expertise isn’t required—but curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Who You Are:
• Highly organized with strong communication and people skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying potential challenges
• Comfortable working across time zones and managing multiple projects
• Collaborative, creative, and driven by client success
