GoHighLevel & CRM Operations Specialist (Part-Time / Ongoing)

**About Us:**
SIFTR is a performance-driven CRM and dialer agency based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We help home service companies—including those in solar, pest control, alarms, and more—generate leads and set appointments through a combination of GoHighLevel automation, outbound dialing, and custom workflows.

**The Role:**
We’re seeking a dependable and resourceful individual to support ongoing operations across multiple GoHighLevel sub-accounts. This part-time role starts at **5–10 hours per week**, with room to grow. You’ll be responsible for routine maintenance, assisting with marketing automation, and monitoring our **WhatsApp tech support channel**, which is active throughout the day for real-time issue resolution.

We provide full training and video walkthroughs for every task to ensure consistency and clarity.

**Responsibilities:**
* Maintain and update GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, triggers, and design custom email templates
* Create and manage ads, campaigns, and funnels in GoHighLevel
* Monitor WhatsApp tech support and help resolve issues promptly
* Work with .CSV files via **Google Sheets, as well as in Excel or WPS Office**
* Assist with maintenance in ReadyMode, including number cleanup
* Support the implementation of custom webhook logic (developed in-house)

**Requirements:**
* Proficiency with GoHighLevel and its automation tools
* Strong skills in Google Sheets and Excel (.CSV file handling)
* Willingness to learn additional platforms like ReadyMode
* Ability to follow SOPs and video instructions with attention to detail
* Strong communication and responsiveness

**Availability & Schedule:**
* SIFTR operates from **8:30 AM to 11:30 PM Eastern Time (ET)**
? **5:30 AM to 8:30 PM Pacific Time (PT / UTC -7 or UTC -8 depending on daylight savings)**
* Our **WhatsApp support channel is active during this full window**, so flexibility in your availability—especially during **Philippine daytime hours (approx. 8:30 PM to 11:30 AM PHT)**—is a strong plus.
* Most U.S.-based staff work standard business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM pacific), but due to nationwide coverage, we have tea ---------- mbers working across time zones.

**Bonus Points:**
* Familiarity with how the GoHighLevel API and their inbound/outbound workflow webhooks.
* Experience with phpMyAdmin, SQL databases, and PHP scripts (our external webhooks are written in PHP).
