Who we need as our Virtual Tea ---------- mber
-Takes pride in a behind-the-scenes role that is essential to smooth and efficient operations
-Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail in all work
-Detail-oriented with the ability to identify discrepancies, follow complex procedures, and ensure compliance with standards
-Demonstrates the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and take initiative without constant supervision
-Flexible - able to switch between tasks often
-Collaborates well with tea ---------- mbers using a variety of communication tools such as phone, text, email, slack, Teams,
-Experience conducting audits to evaluate data integrity, operational efficiency, or regulatory compliance is preferred
-Experience in data entry and customer service is highly valued and considered a strong asset
-Quick learner with the ability to retain and apply essential information related to company programs and processes
- Able to operate simultaneously in multiple software programs, run reports, compile data, create executive summaries, & make recommendations based on data.

Requirements
-18 years or older
-Pass a Pre-employment background check
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Proficient computer skills (CSR software, Slack, Outlook, Google Drive, Loom, Sales Leads)
-High speed internet access
-Computer with dual monitors
-Camera for video chats, training and microphone
