We are a New Zealand-based immigration consultancy firm and AI automation business. To support our growth and increase efficiency, we are looking for a GoHighLevel Specialist to set up and optimize systems tailored to both our immigration consultancy and AI automation services.

About the Role:
As our GoHighLevel Specialist, you will play a critical role in setting up and optimizing GoHighLevel systems tailored to our immigration and automation businesses. You’ll dive deep into our processes to create scalable, automated workflows that drive efficiency, improve client interactions, and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Custom GoHighLevel Builds: Design tailored sub-account setups, custom values, branded portals, and fully optimized workflow automations to suit the unique needs of our clients.
• High-Converting Funnels: Create sales funnels that guide leads seamlessly through the pipeline, from initial capture to successful conversion, ensuring efficiency and high conversion rates.
• CRM & Workflow Automation: Develop streamlined CRM pipelines, implement smart triggers, automate internal task assignments, and create conditional logic to enhance the client experience and improve workflow efficiency.
• Email/SMS Campaigns: Build targeted nurture sequences that foster trust, increase conversions, and re-engage leads, ensuring continued engagement throughout the client journey.
• Integrations & APIs: Set up seamless integrations with platforms such as Zapier, webhooks, Stripe, Google Calendar, Twilio, Facebook, and others to ensure a fully connected system that supports efficient business operations.

Ideal Candidate:
• Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel, including funnel building, CRM setup, and workflow automation.
• Proven experience integrating ---------- and Facebook within ---------- for seamless communication and lead generation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to design systems that work smarter, not harder.
• Excellent understanding of sales pipelines, client communication, and automation for service-based businesses.
• Ability to create scalable systems that deliver measurable business impact.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
