We're Hiring: **Customer Service & Sales Support VA**

**Remote | Full-Time**

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused **Virtual Assistant** to support our **Sales and Customer Service** teams. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for providing top-tier customer support.

**Role Overview**

You’ll handle inbound/outbound calls, live chats, and follow-ups while ensuring a seamless client experience. Your work will help drive sales, improve client satisfaction, and keep our CRM and operations running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**

Customer Service & Communication

* Answer inbound calls professionally and resolve client inquiries
* Make outbound follow-up calls and schedule appointments
* Document calls and update records in the CRM
* Handle live chat (WhatsApp, Messenger, website) and messaging inquiries
* Tactfully manage complaints to ensure client retention

Sales Support

* Qualify leads through calls or emails and understand their needs
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (Zoho, HubSpot, GHL, etc.)
* Follow up on proposals, quotes, and contracts
* Assist with scheduling discovery or demo calls
* Spot and suggest upsell or cross-sell opportunities

Admin & Operations Support

* Book calls and meetings via Google Calendar or Calendly
* Set up Zoom/Google Meet sessions and troubleshoot when needed
* Keep internal SOPs and reports organized
* Collect post-sale feedback and share it with the team

Essential Skills

* Inbound/outbound call experience
* CRM proficiency (Zoho, GHL, HubSpot)
* Excellent English (spoken & written)
* Active listening and objection handling
* Calendar/scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Calendly)
* Attention to detail in data entry

Technical Skills

* VOIP & call tools, Zoom, Google Workspace
* Messaging platforms (WhatsApp Business, FB Messenger)
* Ticketing systems (Freshdesk, Zendesk)
* Basic docs & visuals (Google Docs, Canva)

Soft Skills

* Empathetic, professional communicator
* Results-driven and proactive
* Organized, independent, and resourceful
* Strong multitasking and time management skills

**Qualifications**

* 1+ year experience in customer service, telemarketing, or inside sales
* Success in client-facing or call-heavy roles
* Strong command of English
* Familiar with CRM platforms and remote work tools
* Calm under pressure and skilled at handling objections
