What This Role is About
We empower clinicians with mental health billing knowledge, making complex Spravato reimbursement processes accessible and manageable for providers nationwide. As a Spravato Implementation Advisor and Spravato Billing, Coding & RCM Specialist, you'll help us guide clinic owners and administrators through every step of implementing Spravato treatments. You will help them implement critical billing processes and procedures that maximize reimbursement. You'll translate complex billing requirements into actionable steps, provide real-time support to practices new to Spravato, and ensure they navigate the reimbursement landscape successfully from day one.

Your Spravato RCM expertise will directly impact the financial success of innovative mental health treatment centers, expanding access to care for patients with treatment-resistant depression.

Your Responsibilities
Guide clinic owners through the entire Spravato billing setup process and provide step-by-step assistance.
Provide real-time implementation guidance and troubleshooting support to clinic staff.
Provide input as we create practical resources, including checklists, templates, and process flows for Spravato billing.
Assist with processing claims using specialized knowledge of Spravato codes (S0013, G2082, G2083, 99417, G2212)
Manage prior authorization processes and implement effective appeals strategies.
Assist with billing and reimbursement for the Spravato Buy-and-Bill implementation.
Monitor payer policy changes affecting Spravato reimbursement.
Serve as a dedicated point of contact for clients' Spravato billing questions.
Help clients track their RC ---------- trics and identify opportunities for improvement.

Our Perfect Candidate
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Spravato billing, coding and revenue cycle management.
3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and reimbursement processes.
Experience with CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding systems.
Proficiency with medical billing software and electronic claims submission.
Understanding of insurance verification and prior authorization processes.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply.
Customer service orientation with patience for guiding healthcare professionals.
Knowledge of REMS programs and specialty medication billing a plus.
AAPC, AHIMA, or other medical coding certification beneficial.
Ability to multitask between direct billing responsibilities and advisory functions.
