Our flagship product, The Everyday Strategist, is designed to help individuals and leaders develop
practical, strategic thinking skills. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving brand awareness,
building our digital presence, and executing marketing strategies that monetize our products and
services.
Job Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving Bridging Strategies’ digital marketing initiatives,
particularly focusing on increasing the visibility and monetization of The Everyday Strategist through
social media, content creation, strategic campaigns, and community engagement. Reporting directly to
the CEO and COO, you will be instrumental in crafting a dynamic and engaging brand presence that
resonates with a global audience.
This leadership-level role is ideal for a self-starter who is fluent in English (written and spoken) and
skilled in both strategy and content creation.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing & Monetization Execution
? Develop and implement monthly marketing plans focused on increasing brand awareness, lead
generation, and sales for The Everyday Strategist and other branded products.
? Plan and execute campaigns that drive customer engagement, sales, and community
involvement, including
? Monitor digital trends and recommend strategies to enhance reach, engagement, and
conversions.
? Report performance insights regularly and make data-driven recommendations to optimize
campaigns.
? Work with the COO to develop and implement marketing strategies that support both product
launches and ongoing brand awareness.
2. Social Media Strategy & Community Engagement
? Manage and expand our social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn,
and more, ensuring content is relevant, consistent, and aligned with our brand voice.
? Create engaging, branded content that drives traffic to The Everyday Strategist funnel and other
revenue streams.
? Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
? Develop content that showcases thought leadership while highlighting client success stories,
upcoming events, and product updates.
3. Content Creation & Copywriting
? Write compelling, strategic content including social media captions, blog posts,
and website updates.
? Repurpose long-form content (e.g., webinars, podcasts) into shorter, shareable formats.
? Create engaging marketing materials such as lead magnets, strategic guides, social media
graphics, and promo videos.
? Develop content that highlights the practical application of strategic thinking as promoted in The
Everyday Strategist.
4. SEO and Google Optimization
? Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and visibility for Bridging
Strategies’ digital assets, including The Everyday Strategist.
? Perform keyword research to optimize content and ensure it aligns with search intent and
high-traffic opportunities.
? Integrate on-page SEO elements into all digital content, including meta tags, headers, alt text,
and keyword placement.
? Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console to track key metrics,
identify issues, and implement improvements.
? Optimize landing pages and blog posts to improve search rankings, click-through rates, and
user engagement.
? Develop backlink strategies and outreach plans to enhance domain authority and search
visibility.
? Stay current with SEO best practices and algorithm updates to maintain high-ranking content.
5. Brand Storytelling & Video Content
? Create and edit short-form videos (e.g., reels, stories) with strong hooks, engaging visuals, and
strategic calls to action.
? Develop storytelling formats that highlight strategic insights from The Everyday Strategist and
showcase originator as a relatable, down-to-earth expert.
? Edit and produce video clips from public speaking engagements, interviews, and training
sessions to build thought leadership.
6. Visual Design & Branding
? Design branded visual assets, including infographics, presentation decks, and social media
graphics, maintaining consistency with Bridging Strategies’ visual identity (gold and dark green).
? Create eye-catching promotional materials for The Everyday Strategist, ensuring the content is
visually compelling and strategically aligned.
? Develop branded templates for recurring content to streamline design processes.
7. Digital Product Marketing & Lead Generation
? Execute marketing strategies for digital products, including e-books, online courses, and apps
related to The Everyday Strategist.
? Develop and manage lead generation funnels and
? Monitor and optimize landing pages to increase conversion rates.
? Collaborate on creating a monthly newsletter that shares strategic insights, practical tips, and
updates from The Everyday Strategist community.
8. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
? Conduct ongoing research to identify industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging
digital marketing techniques.
? Regularly assess competitor strategies and propose adjustments to maintain a competitive edge.
? Provide insights into content performance, customer engagement, and market positioning.
Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus)
? Familiarity with Airtable for content tracking and workflow management.
? Experience with WordPress for website updates and content management.
? Knowledge of no-code platforms like Glide, Bubble, or Adalo for digital product management.
? Proficiency with tools such as Buffer, Metricool, and Canva.
Ideal Candidate Profile
? 5+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital media.
? Demonstrated success in brand-building, audience engagement, and digital product promotion.
? Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, content pieces, and graphic design.
? Proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for strategic marketing.
? Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
? Comfortable working independently and collaborating within a remote team.
? Experience in strategic planning, leadership branding, or content monetization is a strong
advantage.
Work Schedule
? Full-Time: 40 hours per week.
? Flexible working hours with 2–3 hours overlapping with Eastern Standard Time (EST) for virtual
meetings.
? Regular check-ins with CEO and COO via virtual platform.
Career Pathway
? Year 1: Establish and implement marketing strategies, build brand presence, and execute
campaigns for The Everyday Strategist funnel.
? Year 2: Lead larger-scale product launches and manage a small creative team.
? Year 3: Advance to Director of Marketing, overseeing strategy and execution for all Bridging
Strategies digital products and services.
