LeadGeneration & High Ticket Appointment Setter (Remote · Philippines | Noon–8p.

What You’ll Do:

Generate fresh leads on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn): send friend requests, engage in groups, spark value, adding conversations, and transition qualified prospects into the DM.


Warm outreach & follow-up with existing leads from webinars, summits, email opt-ins, and SMS lists.


Qualify prospects using proven scripts/SOPs and book them on our team's calendar.


Own the pipeline inside ConvertKit plus SlickText/EasyText: tag, note, and move every contact through our setter stages daily.


Hit daily KPIs (see table) and send a quick end of day report.


Maintain a faith-positive rapport, prayer or Scripture references are welcome when prospects invite them.


Improve the system: suggest tweaks to messages, cadences, or SOPs that lift show-up and conversion rates.


(Optional growth track) Shadow sales calls and step into closing once you consistently exceed setter targets.
