We’re looking for a dynamic Virtual Assistant who’s more like an Operations Swiss Army Knife... someone who doesn’t just wait for instructions but sees the bigger picture, anticipates needs, and helps turn vision into execution.

We’re a growing coaching + consulting small business brand that is at the intersection of marketing, community building, and digital media. From YouTube shows to coaching programs to social growth systems, our mission is to help entrepreneurs scale authentically (with strategy, not spam).

What You'll Be Doing:
- Operational Efficiency: Help organize backend systems so I (the owner/founder) can focus on high-level strategy
- YouTube Support: Assist with uploads, channel organization, and guest management for 2 upcoming shows
- Transcription to Transformation: Turn YouTube episodes into branded blog content that actually sounds like us
- Newsletter & List Growth: Launch and manage a monthly subscriber newsletter (and help scale it from there)
- Outsourcing Pro: Source affordable, on-brand video editors and creative support when needed
- Content Repurposing: Help strategize how to turn long-form content (LFV) into short-form (SFV) across platforms
- System Creation: Assist in building a full operational guide for each department as we grow (our Google Drive needs you)
- Platform Setup: Help manage our Skool channel, Mailchimp newsletters, WIX website and OPUS/Riverside workflows
- Help grow and scale our Facebook Group (we can teach you what we know to start)
- Analytics Tracking: Monitor and report on content performance (social, YouTube, web, email)
- Team Growth: Assist in finding talent and guests that match our voice, vibe, and vision
- Basically help us build this empire so we all can make more money and help more people!

Bonus: Help me stay on-task (and accountable) by using Agile tools or workflows (send help for my ADHD brain)

Tools & Platforms (The More You Know, The Better):
- Google Workspace + Drive
- Wix, Trello, Skool, Zapier, Mailchimp, OPUS
- META Business Suite (FB Pages, Instagram, Groups, Ads, Analytics)
- YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Canva, CapCut, (Bonus, but not required: Facetune2, Edits, DaVinci )
- Google Analytics + YouTube Analytics
- Content & Copywriting, Funnels, Lead Magnets, CTAs that don’t sound like a robot wrote them
- ** Experience with course creation or coaching programs is a major bonus **

COMP & GROWTH
- Starting part-time, with room to grow to full-time quickly
