Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

Clique Affiliate Marketing ( ---------- ) is an award-winning performance marketing agency located in the United States. We are a specialized agency with over 20 years of expertise, exclusively dedicated to affiliate marketing. We work with direct to consumer brands in Sports, Outdoors, and Lifestyle categories.

We have a remote position for a full-time Affiliate Marketing Coordinator. This will be an exciting, fast-paced role with potential for growth. Applicants are required to work U.S. business hours (Eastern, Mountain, Central or Pacific time zones.)

Qualified candidates will have the following:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree
1+ Years of Affiliate Marketing Experience (Preferred)
1+ Years of Digital Marketing Experience
Experience with Affiliate Networks - Impact, Rakuten Advertising, AWIN, CJ, or Partnerize(Preferred)
Ecommerce Experience (Preferred)
Experience with CRM Tools
Experience with Google Workspace, Canva, Analytics platforms
Experience Working with U.S. based companies (preferably an agency)

English fluency, verbal and written (Required)
Ability to multitask
Time management, ability to prioritize tasks
Writing emails, newsletters and communications documents

Proficient using .AI tools

Writing Newsletters
Terms of Service Compliance - Monitoring Offer Accuracy and Paid Search Violations
Execute Scheduled Commission Increases for Publishers
Upload Ad Creatives in the Affiliate Network
Publisher Recruitment & Outreach
Processing Publisher Applications
Execute Publisher Activation Campaigns
Assist with Product Seeding to Publishers
Uploading Publisher Media Kits to Airtable
Creation of SOPs
Social Account Support
Search for and Update Press Mentions
