Influencer Marketing VA

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing VA to join our team in a full-time remote role. This position will play a key role in driving product discovery and expanding our customer base via emerging platforms for user-generated content. The primary focus of the role will be social media and influencer marketing, with a secondary focus on email marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Influencer Marketing:

- Develop and execute innovative social media marketing strategies to increase visibility, engagement, conversations, and conversions across multiple social media platforms.
- Grow our social media presence on Pinterest, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other emerging platforms to stay ahead of shopping trends and drive brand awareness.
- Build and maintain strong influencer relationships across various platforms, identifying key influencers, negotiating partnerships, and executing campaigns.
- Curate and manage a social media calendar, ensuring consistent content across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and newer channels like Pinterest, Reddit, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Analyze data to track performance, derive insights, and continuously optimize social media efforts.
- Craft engaging and compelling social media copy tailored to each platform’s unique audience.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Engage with our community, fostering relationships with D2C and B2B partners.


Email Marketing:

- Support email marketing efforts by creating compelling D2C and B2B newsletters and campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and optimize email performance, identifying opportunities to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely and friendly manner.
- Offer solutions that align with our brand's values.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills in English.
- Aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
- Strong research and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative team player open to feedback.
- Eager to learn and driven by growth.
- Organized with project management skills.
- Minimum of 2 years in social media marketing, influencer marketing, customer service, digital marketing, or public relations marketing.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram (including Reels), Reddit, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Suite, and MS Office.
- Full-time availability.
