GoHighLevel Automations Specialist & E-commerce Integrator

Project: AutoPing – a SaaS marketing platform for automotive repair shops in Australia

Employment Type: 1-month trial contract ? conversion to long-term fixed contract based on performance

During the first month you will deliver several small but fully finished tasks to demonstrate capability.

Working hours: Minimum 5 hours live overlap with AEST (Sydney) 09:00–17:00

2. Key Responsibilities
Area Details
GHL Snapshot Build Multi-location calendars, SMS/email sequences, pipelines & tags; A2P 10DLC, domain & SMTP setup with QA
Workflow Automation Two-way Shopify/eBay/Amazon sync via ---------- or Zapier; custom webhooks/API integrations
E-commerce Integration Shopify theme optimisation; eBay/Amazon listing SEO & inventory auto-updates
Documentation & Training Produce SOPs, Loom tutorials, and deployment guides
Continuous Improvement Propose enhancements based on KPIs (booking conversion, review rate)

3. Mandatory Requirements
3 + years of hands-on GoHighLevel – submit snapshot examples or case studies

A2P 10DLC registration & troubleshooting experience

Live Shopify ? GHL integration experience

50 + Zapier or Make scenarios built

English communication at C1 level or higher

Ability to present a live Loom/Zoom demo during the interview

Failure to meet any of the six mandatory items will result in automatic rejection.


4. Preferred Qualifications
Automation using eBay/Amazon APIs

Lead tracking from Facebook/Google Ads into GHL

Front-end design with Carrd, Webflow, or Wix

Extending GHL via PHP, JS, Python, or similar scripting

5. Compensation
Item Details
Salary Negotiable – based on experience and results
Payment Method Wise transfer, paid on the 25 th of every month
Paid Trial Period 1 month – evaluated on deliverable quality, documentation, and response SLA
Long-Term Contract Fixed monthly salary + performance bonuses (project-based) after trial
