We’re Tell Studios—a U.S.-based video production company that helps brands tell their stories with heart, strategy, and soul. Our clients range from growing small businesses to established brands looking to make a deeper impact through video. We create everything from brand films to video testimonials to social content—and we’ve got a small but mighty team making it all happen.

Now we’re looking for a rockstar Operations & Project Manager to join us full-time.

If you're someone who lives for clear systems, loves keeping creative teams on track, and doesn’t mind handling some behind-the-scenes admin like AP/AR and email routing—you might be exactly who we need.

? What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Project Management (Client-Facing Work)
Manage video projects from pre-production through final delivery
Create and maintain timelines, tasks, and deliverables in ----------
Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers (editors, producers, contractors) to meet deadlines
Track budgeted vs. actual hours on each job to ensure profitability
Flag roadblocks early and help remove them
Keep client timelines and internal updates current
Operations & Admin (Internal Team Support)
Monitor shared inboxes and route emails to the right tea ---------- mbers
Help manage team calendars, internal meetings, and scheduling
Oversee AP/AR tasks like tracking invoices, following up on payments, and recording expenses
Maintain internal documentation and SOPs in Notion
Support light HR tasks like onboarding new hires, organizing team info, and tracking key dates (birthdays, contracts, etc.)

???? Who We’re Looking For:
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Available to work from 9AM until 5PM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday)
Confident using ---------- and tools like Notion and Google Workspace
Detail-oriented and proactive—you're not afraid to follow up or ask questions
Comfortable managing deadlines and coordinating a creative team

Experience with AP/AR, light bookkeeping, or small business operations is a big plus

Bonus if you’ve worked at a creative agency, marketing firm, or video production company
