JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
Lion Storage is a family-owned self-storage company expanding nationally. We’re seeking a friendly, highly personable Virtual Assistant who genuinely loves talking to people and can confidently make cold calls to self-storage facility owners.

Role Overview:
You’ll make cold calls to facility owners to gauge their interest in selling. Your goal is to build rapport through pleasant, conversational calls and gather accurate contact info from interested sellers. You won’t need to be a self-storage expert — your strength will be in your people skills and resilience in handling rejection. We really want someone that is pleasant to talk to, positive, and friendly.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls

Identify if owners have interest in selling their facility

Collect and verify best contact information for interested owners

Inform prospects that a senior tea ---------- mber will follow up with them

Update CRM (Close CRM) with call notes, key details, and enrolling leads in automated workflows

Maintain a professional and upbeat tone at all times

Requirements:

The person in this position MUST HAVE NO ACCENT, C2-level English - no exceptions. Storage owners are extremely sensitive to foreign accents.

Warm, pleasant, conversational communication style — must genuinely enjoy talking with people

Resilient attitude: comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection without losing positivity

Organized and attentive with data entry in CRM systems

Prior cold calling experience preferred but not required

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE A VOICE RECORDING WITH YOUR APPLICATION. Thank you!
