Substack manager

Looking for a Substack Content Manager to help run the backend of my biweekly fashion, beauty, and lifestyle newsletter—The Rivki Report (TRR).

You’ll get content ideas fro ---------- (screenshots, notes, inspo), but you will fully own the calendar, formatting, affiliate setup, and publishing. Bonus if you love visual storytelling and know what gets clicks.

What You’ll Do:
• Turn my ideas into polished, on-brand Substack posts
• Manage the 2x/month content calendar
• Handle affiliate links + shopable formatting
• Create/upload simple branded graphics
• Schedule and format posts on Substack
• Help grow subscribers + affiliate performance
• (Optional) Repurpose to Instagram/TikTok

You Are:
• Experienced with LTK, RewardStyle, ShopMy
• Substack-savvy + design-aware (Canva-level fine!)
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Know what sells in lifestyle, fashion, and beauty

Details:
• 5–10 hours/month
• Open to hourly or retainer
