Relationship and Life Coach

I want someone who is passionate about relationships and self development. My wife and I have 4 children from 19 to 6 year old. We both have work. My wife is part time (24 hours per week) while I am full time at 37.5 hours per week. We are driven hence we are also involve in property business here in the UK. Balancing our family, work, business, health, spiritual life and relationship is becoming a challenge. I believe that we are both short tempered. We keep doing the same mistakes and always end up in argument. On top of that we also have attitude problem with our oldest son. It drains our spirit which would affect other aspects of our lives. I myself is into self development but my wife isn't. She seem to be stuck in her ways but I can see that she is now starting to open her mind. I believe that she will be more receptive if she hears the idea from someone else.

Our main objective is to find someone who can help us in our relationship and life organization. Someone who can show us a different perspective. Someone sensible and smart who can relate and who can help us brainstorm possible solution to our being overwhelmed. Someone who can coach us to have better relationship. It is vital because a better relationship will help us in our family, work, business, health and spiritual life. We find it difficult to hold a business meeting without it turning personal and would end up in a fight. We could not separate professional and business argument from a personal argument. I am more knowledgeable about business and I find it difficult to implement a change to make our life better. We need some structure in our meeting and execution of what we have agreed. If this goes on we will fail as a parent, our health will suffer and we will not achieve our financial goals.

We need a coach who can mediate and point us at the right direction and who will hold us accountable. We need someone who can relate. Someone who has innate understanding of husband and wife relationship. But you have to be aware that running a business with your partner is what makes it complicated plus difficulty of raising many children.
