Klaviyo Email Marketing Support Specialist

Hi! I’m Jess, founder of In Flow Marketing, a boutique email marketing agency that supports eCommerce brands with powerful, done-for-you Klaviyo strategies that convert. Our rebrand is now complete, and we’re growing fast!

We’re now looking for a reliable, proactive and experienced assistant to join our team part-time, with the possibility to grow into more hours. If you love email marketing, enjoy writing high-converting copy, and understand what eComm businesses need to grow, you’ll fit right in.

This role is for you if you can confidently:

-Support with Klaviyo flows, campaigns, and automation

-Write clear, on-brand, conversion-focused copy for emails, popups, and landing pages

-Build or update simple pages using Shopify or WordPress (Elementor) – bonus skills!

-Work independently and think strategically

-Manage your time effectively with daily time tracking (required)

Must-haves:

-Experience supporting eCommerce brands

-Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo

-Excellent written English (especially for email marketing copy)

-Canva design skills for basic graphics for email design

-Ability to work 6-7 hours per day, Monday to Friday during Aussie business hours

-Reliable internet connection and a proactive attitude

-Long-term mindset, we’re looking for someone to grow with us!
