Video Editor & Ad Creator (Performance-Based)

We’re looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor & Ad Creator to produce eye-catching video ads for e-commerce and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). This role is performance-driven: you’ll be compensated per finished video ad based on its duration and complexity.

What We Provide:

Ad Scripts: Professionally written scripts for voice-over.

UGC Video Concepts: Raw footage and scripted direction for user-generated style clips

Additional Assets: Product images, B-roll, animations, and design templates

Detailed Instructions: Best-practice guidelines, examples, and workflow tips

Your Responsibilities:

Edit product and promotional videos in preferred video editing software

Assemble and optimize ads for each platform’s specifications

Work independently, stay organized, and deliver on tight deadlines

Learn quickly, iterate based on performance data, and bring measurable results

Maintain a strong sense of visual aesthetics to capture viewer attention

Requirements:

Proven experience editing video ads for social media

Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects

Fast learner with a results-oriented mindset

Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail
