We’re Hiring: SEO Specialist (On-Page, Off-Page & Tech)

???? Full-time | Remote

OP Digital Solutions is on the lookout for a sharp, reliable and experienced SEO Specialist to lead our SEO function across a growing roster of client accounts.

We want someone who knows the game, but also knows it’s always changing. You should be confident across on-page, off-page and technical SEO, and happy to roll up your sleeves to test, learn and evolve with the team.

You’ll have the autonomy to help us level up our processes, implement best practices, and lead the SEO strategy across eCom, service and B2B clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

On-Page SEO:

Keyword research and clustering

Metadata, Htags and schema markup

Image optimisation (alt text, geotagging, naming)

Internal linking strategies

Blog optimisation + creation (using AI tools where needed)

Identifying high-traffic blogs to update and re-optimise


Off-Page SEO:

Local citation building

Guest posting and blog commenting

Competitor backlink analysis

Building high-quality backlinks

Broken link outreach and fixes


Technical SEO & Auditing:

Full website audits

404s, redirects (301s), toxic links

Content cannibalisation issues

Site structure + crawlability

Keyword gap & competitive analysis


Google Business (GMB):

GMB setup and optimisation

Posting, review management and geo-tagged images


Tools You’ll Ideally Know:
SEMrush / Ahrefs

Screaming Frog

Google Search Console + Analytics (GA4)

Google Tag Manager (not a must, but a bonus)

Yoast SEO

Project tools like ---------- or Slack

Meta Inspector, Agency Analytics etc.


What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency preferred)

Confident working independently and leading SEO delivery

Strong communication skills and accountability

Willing to learn, test and evolve with the team

Trustworthy, proactive, and ready to take ownership

Reporting hours: Monday to Friday starting at 9am Australian EST Time

Immediately report internet issues or sick leaves

Daily use of HiveDesk is required for time tracking and reporting
