MAIN JOB DESCRIPTION
Receive inbound calls to create RSVP’s for events
Receive inbound calls to create future appointments
Make outbound calls to remind Customers about events or appointments
Data entry job assignments & update Client CRM system

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Requirements
Speak/Write in Spanish proficiently
Speak/Write in English proficiently
Minimum of 6 months Experience as a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Rep
BPO experience

OTHER Requirements
Be 25 years or older & have Fast Reliable internet & Computer

WORK SHIFT SCHEDULE
Days: Monday to Friday(USA days) / Hours: 2pm to 7pm MST(USA time)
