THE ROLE WE ARE HIRING FOR

We’re hiring a Creative Content & Marketing Alchemist to help us scale our message, convert leads, and nurture our growing audience with content that aligns with our voice and mission.

Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

• Repurposing our podcast & YouTube content into engaging written, visual, and social formats
• Converting course materials into high-value blogs, social media posts, email sequences, and downloadable lead magnets
• Crafting persuasive, personality-packed copy for posts, campaigns, and landing pages
• Supporting lead generation with strategic nurture content and marketing campaigns
• Collaborating with our founder and marketing team to develop and execute our content calendar
• Using systems, AI, and automation tools to streamline and scale our content delivery

PAY AND BENEFITS
• Starting pay rate: Php ---------- /hour (negotiable depending on experience)
• Weekly pay
• 13th month bonus + performance-related increases
• Paid vacation & sick leave
• Circa 40 hours/week, long-term engagement
• Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day (flexible with overlap to UK hours)
• Fully remote
