About Us
We are a fast-growing e-commerce business based in Australia, managing a portfolio of six diverse and dynamic online brands. We specialise in delivering high-impact e-commerce experiences through bold branding, strategic marketing, and exceptional digital storytelling. We're on the lookout for a talented Social Media & Design Specialist to help bring our brand identities to life—visually and socially.

To move forward, we’d love for you to complete the next stage of the application process by filling out this form:

This form gives us a better look at your skills across social media strategy, content creation, and design — including a quick creative task.

About the Role
We’re looking for someone equal parts creator, planner, and trend-spotter. This role is ideal for a multi-skilled digital creative who loves curating content, designing ads, editing short-form videos, and building brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. You’ll play a critical part in keeping our content engines running across all six brands.

You’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager to transform raw content into high-performing visual assets, manage content calendars, and contribute to the overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Content Production
- Design static and animated creative assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools
- Edit UGC and brand footage into high-converting short-form videos
- Create compelling visuals and copy for social posts, paid ads, email banners, and landing pages
- Translate briefs into clear, engaging assets that match each brand’s identity
- Propose visual ideas for campaigns and social content based on marketing themes and calendar

Social Media Management
- Develop and maintain content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Schedule and publish content in line with best posting practices and platform trends
- Respond to community engagement and monitor brand conversations
- Track post and campaign performance using platform analytics

Collaboration & Strategic Input
- Work directly with the digital marketing team to ensure consistent output and alignment
- Manage and prioritise creative workflow across multiple e-commerce brands
- Interpret social and ad performance data to improve creative direction
- Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in content output

What You’ll Need
- 2–3+ years experience in a social media or content creation role (agency or in-house)
- Proven design experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator or similar)
- Strong video editing skills for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, ideally with UGC experience
- Comfortable working with a fully remote team and can work autonomously
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Solid understanding of Australian or US e-commerce audience expectations and tone
- Ability to juggle multiple brands and shift between visual styles, tones, and goals
- Up-to-date with social trends, ---------- culture, and performance-driven content
- Proficient in content scheduling and basic social reporting tools
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

Must be available full-time, 9am–5pm AEST - 4 Days a week

Bonus: Experience with Shopify, ad creative for Meta or Google, or managing content in Trello/Notion

You’ll Thrive in This Role If…
- You know when to use Canva… and when to break out Photoshop
- You think like a content creator but act like a campaign strategist
- You’re not afraid to pitch new creative ideas based on trends or gut instinct
- You love structure, but also know how to improvise
- You can juggle six brand voices without breaking a sweat
-You care about impact—not just likes
