Job Title: Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer

Are you equal parts designer and digital strategist? Do you live and breathe content, understand what actually makes people share, save, and engage—and have the design skills to bring those ideas to life?

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer + Social Media Manager who not only knows how to create visually stunning content, but also understands how to make it perform. You should have a deep understanding of social media platforms, be tapped into trends, and know how to use AI to speed up workflows without sacrificing quality.

What You'll Do:

Design engaging visual content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms (posts, carousels, ---------- s, infographics, etc.)
Manage and schedule content using tools like Later, Metricool, Hootsuite, or similar.
Collaborate with our team to ideate and execute viral-worthy content campaigns that are both strategic and scroll-stopping.
Use AI tools (like Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva Magic, etc.) to assist in ideation, design, and content generation.
Analyze performance and use insights to inform design and posting strategies.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform algorithms, and cultural ---------- nts that can be leveraged for growth.
Think like a content creator: understand the psychology of what makes people click, share, and engage—and create from that mindset.

Who You Are:

A graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing bold, modern, and platform-native design work.
Deeply familiar with social media growth strategies and platform nuances (especially Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
Obsessed with virality—what drives it, how it spreads, and how to reverse-engineer it.
Comfortable using AI tools to speed up content workflows (bonus if you’ve built your own AI systems or prompts).
A content creator yourself—you “get it” because you live it.
Able to balance creativity with data—making informed decisions based on performance.
Experienced working within a collaborative team or creative agency environment.
Skilled with scheduling and publishing tools, and able to manage a content calendar effectively.

Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma
ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut
Later, Metricool, Hootsuite, Notion, Slack
