Whiteboard & Motion Graphics Designer

I need a designer who can efficiently and authentically create whiteboard animation and motion graphic videos on a order/needs basis with a turn around of 7 days or less. You would also need to know how to create/record a male and female voice-over to go with the video .Designs would need to be fresh and original - no copying.
