Remote Dispatcher for Locksmith Company

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Dispatcher team starting with 2 people to join our locksmith company. The dispatchers will be responsible for managing incoming jobs, assigning them to the appropriate technicians, and ensuring smooth operations through our app-based system. This role also involves occasional customer communication to confirm technician availability and ensure seamless service. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you succeed in this role, even if you have no prior experience.
